Walid Mesloub

Walid Mesloub ( born September 4, 1985 in Trappes ) is an Algerian- French footballer.

Club career

Mesloub grew up near Versailles and played in his youth with a club from the city. From there in 2005 he moved to SC Levallois in the immediate area of the French capital Paris. In Levallois he belonged from 2006 to 2007 at the Fourth Squad of an association, had played for, among others, Didier Drogba. 2007 succeeded the algerischstämmigen player with his transfer to FC Istres the jump to the third tier, where he also was able to secure a regular place to which he had previously occupied in the fourth division. After he had reached in 2009 with the team's promotion to the second highest league, he finished 1-0 against Bastia on August 7, 2009, his second league and thus his professional debut. Mesloub that counted over the entire first round to the service providers, was sold to the league rivals Le Havre AC in January 2010. About a possible transfer fee is not known. In Le Havre, the player gained a position in the starting eleven, which he successfully defended in the course of subsequent seasons.

National

Towards the end of his first year in Le Havre the algerischstämmige player was appointed in the autumn of 2010 in the Algerian national team. For this he came to his debut when he came off the bench in the match against Luxembourg on 17 November in the 46th minute. This friendly match was his only use for the selection.
