History

The first mention of Old Warschow took place on March 28, 1301, when Prince Sambor III. of Rügen the viscount Mattheus in Zlawena, who resided at the castle Old Schlawe, with some villages enfeoffed, including in the area Schlawe Pustamin, Kuhtz, Sellen and Warschow.
