Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen

Wat Paknam Phasi Charoen ( Thai: วัด ปากน้ำ ภาษีเจริญ s for short: Wat Paknam - about: Monastery at the river mouth; own name: Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen ) is a Buddhist temple ( wat) in the Bangkok, capital of Thailand. He is a Royal Temple Class Three. Wat Paknam is located in Bangkok's Charoen Phasi at the confluence of three Khlongs: Khlong Bangkok Yai ( คลอง บางกอกใหญ่ ) flows north, Khlong Phasi Charoen ( คลอง ภาษีเจริญ ) west and Khlong Dan ( คลอง ด่าน ) east of the temple.

Architectural History

Wat Paknam was during the Ayutthaya period - " 1488-1630 " - built. King Rama III. had renovated it and then gave him the status of " Royal Temple Class Three ". Meditation Center
