Watco Companies

Watco Companies is an American company that operates several local and regional railway companies among others. The company is Pittsburg (Kansas).

History

In 1983, Charles R. "Dick" Webb ( 1938-2009 ) Watco Companies Inc. The company started with a shunting operation in DeRidder (Louisiana ). Railway companies

The railway companies are concentrated in the subsidiary Watco Transportation Services. The end of 2011 comprised the entire route network over 5900 km.
