Werner Baldessarini

Werner Baldessarini ( born January 23, 1945 in Kufstein, Tyrol) is a manager, fashion designer and former CEO of Hugo Boss AG.

Named after him, founded in 1993, men's fashion brand Baldessarini exists - since the end of 2007 but without Werner Baldessarini - until now.

Career

Baldessarinis grandparents were of Italian descent, his father was an Austrian textile merchant, his mother was born in Nuremberg. Baldessarini, who is called by his friends ' Rini ', grew up in Munich and began an apprenticeship after his high-school diploma with 16 years as a textile merchant in Munich men's fashion store Hirmer. Thereafter, Baldessarini buyers at Haberdasher car Heimer in Munich, where he was promoted to Managing Director in 1971.

Hugo Boss

In early 2006, announced the Hugo Boss AG intention to sell the niche brand Baldessarini. Private

Werner Baldessarini lives with his wife Cathrin ( b. 1963 ), whom he married in 1995 in Kitzbühel.
