White Magnolia Plaza

White Magnolia Plaza is a skyscraper in Shanghai, which is in the construction phase. The Owings and Merrill designed by the American architectural firm Skidmore, buildings should achieve upon its completion in a height of 320 meters. Construction began in 2008. In the beginning it was planned that the building will be 388 meters high. Later the amount was reduced to 260 meters. In a third and final design, the height of the tower was set at 320 meters. White Magnolia Plaza will include 66 floors where offices are to be accommodated. The facade will be completely encased in glass. Completion was originally scheduled for 2012, but the work was set in April 2010 and continued until early 2011 again, so that the completion date to 2015 delayed.
