Wilhelm Brenna
Wilhelm Brenna (born 8 October 1979) is a former Norwegian ski jumper.
Career
Brenna won the 1997 at the Junior World Championships in Canmore, Canada the gold medal on the normal hill. He was then taken after the World Cup in the A-National squad and jumped the last three World Cup competitions in the World Cup season 1996 / 97th With a 19th place in Lahti and a 13th place in Kuopio he was able to achieve the best result in the World Cup overall standings with 61 place. The 13th place in Kuopio was the highest placing in his career. In 1998 he won at the Norwegian Championships in Trondheim together with Kjell Erik Sagbakken, gates Sneli and Stian Kvarstad the bronze medal in the team competition. After the following seasons rather luckless ran and he jumped behind the world's best, he launched parallel in the Continental Cup (COC ). In the 1998/99 season he was able to achieve his best result in the overall standings with No. 3 here. After the World Cup and Continental Cup season results in the season 1999/2000 were disappointing, he finished after the completion of both series its active Skispringerkarriere.
