William Edward Cousins

William Edward Cousins ​​( born August 20, 1902 in Chicago, † 14 September 1988 in Milwaukee ) was a bishop of the Roman Catholic Church in the United States. He was from 1959 to 1977 Archbishop of Milwaukee.

Life

After his ordination in 1927 by Cardinal George William Mundelein for the Archdiocese of Chicago, he was on 17 December 1948 by Pope Pius XII. appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago and Titular Bishop of Forma.
