William Koech
William Koech ( born December 2, 1961 in Lelmokwo, Nandi District ) is a former Kenyan long-distance runner.
In 1991 he won silver in the 10,000 m at the Pan-African Games. The following year he was at the Olympic Games in Barcelona over the same distance seventh.
In the years that he has been successful in road races. In 1995 he was third and 1996 Tenth at the New York City Marathon. In 1999 he came to the sixth place in the Rome Marathon.
