Winners and Sinners (or Five Lucky Stars ) is a 1983 Hong Kong martial arts turned into movie with Sammo Hung in the lead role.

Action

Five unlucky petty criminals are released from prison and want to make money with honest work, their livelihood, so they set up a cleaning company at last. However, they fall by chance on a suitcase with counterfeit money and the associated pressure plates, making them a target for the underworld boss of Hong Kong. Then, when the sister of one of the protagonists is kidnapped, they launch a major rescue operation, which ends in a showdown in a warehouse.

Criticism

Winners and Sinners is a technically well-crafted, original action - comedy with some fast-paced stunts, original verses and numerous funny fight scenes. Who did not think much of the Far East films to date, may be pleasantly surprised by now. ( Cinema)
