Wojciech Jasiński

Wojciech Jasinski ( born April 1, 1948 in Gostynin ) is a Polish politician. He's in the IV, V and VI since 2001 Member of the Sejm. Legislature and Minister of the Treasury in the governments of Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz and Jarosław Kaczyński.

In 1972 he finished his studies in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University.

After studying law, he worked as legal counsel. From 1972 to 1973 he was an official in the Płock Branch of the National Bank of Poland ( NBP - NBP). From 1973 to 1980 he was an employee of the City Office in Płock, including as head of the Department of Internal Affairs. In the years 1976 to 1982, he was one of the Polska Zjednoczona partia Robotnicza ( Polish United Workers' Party - PZPR ) to. From 1980 to 1986 he worked in the General Food Cooperative Zgoda in Płock. 1984 to 1985 he was employed in the cooperative for rural transport in Płock from 1985 to 1986 at the Treasury in Płock.

In the second half of the 80 years he emigrated to the United States. After returning to Poland in 1990 he took a job in the Provincial Office on the Płock. From 1990 to 1991 he was a delegate of the Government Plenipotentiary for the reform of local self-government in the province Płock. After 1992 he was employed by the Najwyższa Izba Kontroli (Court of Auditors - NIK ), first as Director of the Delegation of NIK in Warsaw after 1994 as director of financial group in the budget and eventually the Department of the State budget. In the years 1997 to 2000 he worked in the company Srebrena as a member and Chairman of the Board, where he worked with politicians from the national-conservative party Porozumienie Centrum ( " communication center ", PC), among others, Jarosław Kaczyński, Adam Lipiński and Przemysław Gosiewski.

From September 2000 to July 2001, he was Under Secretary in the Ministry of Justice Minister Lech Kaczynski. Since 2001 he is member of the Sejm on the list of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość ( Law and Justice - PiS) for the constituency of Płock. During the Fifth legislature he was briefly chairman of the Commission for Public Finance. From 15 February 2006 to 7 September 2007 and on 11 September 2007 to 16 November 2007 he was Minister of the State Treasury in the governments of Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz and Jarosław Kaczyński.

The Sejmwahlen 2007, he was with 30 702 votes for the third time MP for the constituency of Płock. He is chairman of the Sejm Commission for Economic Policy.
