Woodstock is a town in Bibb County and Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, United States. The place was called up to September 30, 2000 North Bibb, but was renamed in Woodstock. Woodstock has an area of 7.3 km ².

In the 2000 census, North Bibb had 986 inhabitants, distributed to 355 households and 290 families. The population density was 55.1 inhabitants / km ². 98.38 % of the population were white.
