World Federation of Diamond Bourses

The World Federation of Diamond Bourses (English World Federation of Diamond Bourses ( WFDB ) ) is the umbrella organization of 28 world diamond markets. It was founded in Antwerp in 1947 to represent the interests of the diamond trade and to establish uniform trading conditions for diamond and gemstone exchanges. Originally, the association of eight stock exchanges in Europe and North America, with the establishment of the Diamond Dealers Club of Australia in 2007 and its inclusion in the World Association of Australia in 2008 was the last continent a representation in the WFDB.
