World MTB Orienteering Championships
The Mountain Bike Orienteering World Championships ( MBO, MTBO or Bike -O- World Championships, Eng. MTB World Orienteering Championships ) are from the World Orienteering Federation ( IOF) has been held since 2002. They are held annually since 2004.
The competition program looks similar to other World Championships in orienteering sports, three individual disciplines ( sprint and long distance, and since 2004 also a middle distance ) and a relay competition before.
