The Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (Chinese武汉 天河 国际 机场) is the airport of the city of Wuhan in central China. It was opened in 1995 and, with 14 million passengers a year (2012 ) to the larger airports in China. 2008, the airport was further expanded and received a second terminal building. Despite the expansion of the airport is already reaching the limits of its capacity now, as only a start and runway is available.
