XSM-73 Goose

The Fairchild XSM -73 Goose (originally Bull Goose ) was the prototype of an unmanned U.S. rocket that was built to deceive the enemy radar. You should simulate the radar signature of a heavy bomber such as the Convair B-36, B- 47 Stratojet, or the B -52 Stratofortress. The first model began its maiden flight in 1957, but the program was discontinued the following year. By 1955 the project by the USAF was in the number of their bomber designations called the B -73 (see Fact Sheet).
