Xuzhou–Lanzhou High-Speed Railway

The high-speed line Xuzhou - Lanzhou, also referred to as Xulan PDL (徐 兰 客运 专线) is an under construction high-speed railway route in the People's Republic of China. It connects, from west to east, the Chinese cities Lanzhou, Xi'an, Zhengzhou and Xuzhou together and is one of four east-west axes in the Chinese high-speed network.

On February 6, 2010 was the middle section ( Zhengxi PDL), between Zhengzhou and Xi'an, in operation. The opening move put the 505 km long link (of which 456 km new railway line ) in 108 minutes back with a top speed of 352 km / h. 14 pairs of trains to the future section, which also includes several intermediate stations operate. The travel time on the Altstrecke was around six hours.
