Yanga derailment

In the railway accident of Bilinga derailed on 22 June 2010 between Bilinga and Tchitondi a passenger train of the Chemin de fer Congo- Océan ( CFCO ), who was traveling from Pointe -Noire to Brazzaville.

The accident happened in a curve, were carried out of four cars of the train. The cars plunged into a ravine. 76 people died and at least 745 were also injured. An accident cause of the poor condition of the superstructure was suspected.
