Yangbajain

Yangbajain is a large village in the district of Damxung the city of Lhasa in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China.

Yangbajain lies at the foot of the mountain range Nyainqentanglha, 87 kilometers northwest from the urban area of Lhasa in 4300 meters in 2000 and had 4348 inhabitants.

In the village is a geothermal power plant and the Yangpachen Monastery.
