Yasin Özdenak

Yasin Özdenak ( born October 11, 1948 in İskenderun ) is a former Turkish football player and coach.

Playing career

Association

During his active playing career, he won with Galatasaray in the seasons first Lig 1970/71, 1st Lig 1971/72 and 1 Lig 1972/73, the Turkish championship. After the long-standing captain Muzaffer Sipahi ended his career in the summer of 1975, Özdenak took over the captaincy and handed it in May 1976 Nihat Akbay.

National

With the Turkish national team, he won the ECO Cup 1974.

Coaching career

From 1980 to 1981 he was head coach of the New York Cosmos.
