Yes, Dear is an American sitcom that was until February 2006 erstausgestrahlt on CBS from October 2000. In Germany, the series began on 31 August 2005 on RTL, in the transmitting track "Comedy after midnight ."

Action

The series is about Greg (Anthony Clark) and Kim (Jean Louisa Kelly) who are first -time parents. But there are a lot of problems: the proud father wants to make a career, but what Kim does not fit. So there are always conflicts between the two. Included is always her sister Christine ( Liza Snyder ), they calmed down again and again. Meanwhile, Greg must deal with his brother Jimmy (Mike O'Malley ), who wants to convince him of his life. He is unemployed and lives from day to day, which in turn the two sisters did not quite fit.

History / Background

The plot and the fact that the actor had previously their own series, which were not successful, let critics doubt the success of the series. Nevertheless, the first four seasons produced acceptable ratings. Nevertheless, they provided acceptable ratings and the series was subsequently renewed for a sixth season.
