Yitzhak Vaknin

Yitzhak Waknin (Hebrew יצחק וקנין; born May 12, 1958) is an Israeli politician.

Life

From 1982 to 1987 he served in the administration of Gornot HaGalil (Hebrew גָּרְנוֹת הַגָּלִיל ); 1988 to 1996 he worked for Ja'ara (Hebrew יַעֲרָה ) at Ma'alot in the administration. From 1988 to 1993 he was in the administration of Mo'aza Asorit Ma'aleh Joseph (Hebrew מועצה אזורית מעלה יוסף ) operates a regional association between Ma'alot and Schelomi.

He was a member of the Shas August 5, 1999 to July 11, 2000 Deputy Minister of Communications. As a member of Shas, he was on 2 May 2001 to 20 May 2002 and 3 June 2002 to 28 February 2003 Deputy Minister of Welfare.
