Ynetnews

Ynetnews is an English-language news and content site in Israel, which is operated by Jedi'ot Aharonot, Israel's most popular newspaper, and the Hebrew news portal Ynet. The Jedi'ot Group also has investments in the Israeli TV station Channel 2, the cable television company HOT, local weekly newspapers, magazines and other companies from the non- media field.

Overview

Ynet News was founded in 2005 in Tel Aviv, and to provide "real-time breaking news " reports from Israel and the Middle East. The founding editor of Ynet News, Alan Abbey, went in the summer of 2005, and Ynet News has since been headed by Jon spring, the responsible editor of Ynet. The Ynet news team makes 24/7-Berichterstattung based Aharonot and other publications of the parent company on articles and reports from Ynet and Jedi'ot. Ynet News also provides original material and background reports, comments and analyzes ago public opinion in Israel as well as features from Israel, the Middle East and the Jewish world in our own production.

Criticism

Ynetnews has a secular orientation of the ultra-Orthodox ( Haredi ) criticism is that the newspaper reports too often overly critical of the ultra-Orthodox.
