Yochelson Ridge is a rugged, partially snow-covered foothills of the Søholt peaks in the West Antarctic Heritage Range. It has a length of approximately 4 nautical miles (7.4 km) and extends from the Eley peak in the direction of north-north- west.

Yochselson Ridge was mapped by the United States Geological Survey as part of the compilation of Ellsworthgebirges in the years 1961-66 by site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. It was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names by Ellis L. Yochelson ( 1928-2006 ). Yochelson was a geologist of the United States Geological Survey, which at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington DC worked and 1979/80 as a paleontologist took part in an expedition of the United States Antarctic Research Program for Ellsworthgebirge.
