Yun Chi-young

Yun Chi -yeong ( born February 10, 1898 in Hanseong, at that time the Korea, South Korea today, † February 9, 1996 in Seoul, South Korea ) was an independence activist and politician of South Korea. He used the pseudonym Dongsan ( Kor.: 동산 ). It was 1948, the first minister of the interior of the country and was owned by the South Korean parliament in the first, second and third parliamentary term. After leaving Parliament in 1956, he taught three years at a university.

From 1963 until March 1966 he held the office of mayor of Seoul.

He was chairman of the party Minju Gonghwadong ( 민주 공화당 ) of the then South Korean President Park Chung -hee in 1968.
