Yuriy Shlyakhov

Yuri Wiktorowytsch Schljachow (Ukrainian Юрій Вікторович Шляхов, born May 27, 1983 in Dnipropetrovsk ) is a former Ukrainian diver. He started in the art of jumping from 1 -meter and 3 -meter board and in the 3 -meter synchronized diving. Schljachow participated in two Olympic Games and won a medal at the European Championships.

He played his first international title fights at the European Championships in Berlin in 2002, where he from the 1 -meter and 3 -meter board each reached the final and finished fifth. In the following 2004 European Championships in Madrid, he was from the 3 -meter board in the sixth and won 3 -meter synchronized diving with Dmytro Lysenko his only medal at international championships.
