Yusef Ahmed

Yusef Ahmed Ali, partly as Yusef Ahmed known (born 14 October 1988) is a Qatari footballer of Somalian origin.

Yusef Ali plays since 2005 in the first team of the club based in Doha, Al -Sadd. From a young age he won in 2006 and 2007 with his club the national championship. As of July 2009, he played on loan for half a year at Premier League rivals Qatar SC, to then return to his original club. For Al -Sadd, Qatar's record champions, Yusef Ali denied in 2008 and 2010 also games in the AFC Champions League.

First international experience was the fast winger can collect at the U -17 World Cup in Peru in 2005. He was appointed to the squad of the team in late 2006, with a 1-0 final win over Iraq won the gold medal at the Asian Games in Doha. In qualifying for the 2010 World Cup he represented his country in games against Japan, Bahrain, Australia, and China. Yusef Ali also belonged to the squad of Qatar at the Asian Cup in 2011, which was held in his home country.
