Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor (* in Nairobi, Kenya) is a Kenyan writer.

Life

Owuor studied English at the Kenyatta University in Nairobi, before she made her MA degree on the subject of TV / video at the University of Reading in England.

2003 Owuor received the British Caine Prize for the best newly published short story in English The Weight of Whispers.
