Zalesie Kętrzyńskie
Zalesie Kętrzyńskie ( German Hinzenhof ) is a village in Poland, to the municipality Kętrzyn (German Rastenburg ) belongs in the Warmia - Mazury.
Zalesie Kętrzyńskie lies south of the road from Kętrzyn after Nakomiady and is a village largely out of date ( the neighboring village Poganowo - German place name: Wholesale Bügersdorf - is even completely disappeared ). A certain notoriety enjoys Zalesie Kętrzyńskie by the Rastenburger Crest Mountain (157 m). Right next to this hill crosses the way the former - now overgrown - narrow gauge railroad in the Rastenburger small railways, which was continued after the Second World War by the Polish railways. The line ran until 1972 Kętrzyn to Ryn and had a stop at this point.
In 2009, located in Zalesie Kętrzyńskie only one residential house, a few outbuildings and three allotments. A residential house serves the local hunting association " Szarak " as a club house, the other half is currently uninhabited.
