Zehlendorf is a district of the town of Oranienburg in Brandenburg; the incorporation took place on 26 October 2003.
Location
Zehlendorf is located in the east of the town of Oranienburg, on the border of the district Barnim.
Neighboring towns are cross-fold ( district of the city love the forest ) in the north, Stolzenhagen ( part of the municipality Wandlitz ) in the east, and the Oranienburger districts Wensickendorf ( south ) and Schmachtenhagen ( west ).

History
Zehlendorf was first mentioned in 1335 as Zedelndorp documented. In 1412 was named as the owner of the place, the family of idol. After Louise Henriette Zehlendorf had acquired in 1651, she assumed it to the Office Bötzow, which was only a year later renamed the Office Oranienburg.
