Zentrifugal

Centrifugal (short: Z- Fu ) was a German hip- hop group from Bremen, which consisted of Bas Böttcher and DJ Loris Negro.

History

The duo met in the early 1990s in Bremen know, because both in the same high school, the Old Gymnasium in Bremen, went. Since both interested for older vinyl records, they discovered musical similarities and merged to make a solid musical duo.

Both decided that they do not follow the American rap style, but would put together an independent, experimental musical works. They created with this approach as a basis for a harmonious blend of street culture and poetry.

Hooper rap poetry is reminiscent of the American slam poetry. The early nineties traveled Bas Böttcher one of the first slam poet by Germany. These were followed by appearances worldwide.

1994 won the duo a talent competition in Bremen, the price of which were studio recordings. Your first vinyl record in a single format was released in the same year as the independent publication. It bears the title and fiction and contains four pieces of music. The edition of 1000 copies was sold at concerts and hip-hop jams. In 1994 she contributed a song for the north side of the sampler.

In 1996 with the first poetry album, 14 songs comprehensive, album of the duo at Indigo.

The second centrifugal album was released in late 1999 under the title deed or truth at Jive Records and contains a musical mixture of jazz elements, Raggamuffin and meditation music, coupled with poetic vorgetragenem rap.

After a great tour of USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, France and many other countries, the group split in 2001.
