Zhanibek Alimkhanuly

Schanibek Alimchanuli (born 1 April 1993), Kazakh Zhanibek Alimkhanuly, is a Kazakh boxer.

Boxing career

Alimchanuli come from the territory of Almaty, in 2009, Kazakh youth welterweight champion and participated in the 7th World Junior Championships 2009 in Yerevan, Armenia, ( second round ) and the 2nd Youth World Championships 2010 in Baku, Azerbaijan, ( quarterfinals ) in part.

In 2012 he won the Kazakh Championships middleweight and launched in this weight class even with the discharged in July 2013 27th Asian Championships in Amman, Jordan. Through victories against Schuchrat Abdullaev from Uzbekistan (2:1), Wen Yinhang from China ( TKO ), Sajad Mehrabi of Iran ( 2-1) and Navrus Dschafojew from Tajikistan (3:0), he secured the gold medal and was thus also qualified for the 17th world Championships in October 2013 in the domestic Almaty. There he defeated in the first round Soltan Migitinow from Azerbaijan (3-0 ) in the second round Juan Antonio Mercado from Mexico ( TKO ) and in the quarterfinals Bogdan Jura Toni from Romania (3-0).
