Zitong County
Zitong (Chinese梓潼 县, Pinyin Zǐtóng Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city of Mianyang in Sichuan Province, China. It has an area of 1,438 square kilometers and counts 380,000 inhabitants ( 2004).
The Qiqushan Temple ( Qiqushan Damiao七 曲 山 大庙), the Li Ye Tower ( que ) (Li Ye que李 业 阙) and the Thousand Buddha Cave Temple in Wolong Shan ( shan Wolong Qianfo yan Shiku卧龙 山 千佛岩 石窟) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1996 and 2006 respectively.
