Zsuzsanna Vörös

Zsuzsanna Voros ( born May 4, 1977 in Székesfehérvár ) is a Hungarian athlete, who is active in the modern pentathlon.

At the Summer Olympics in Sydney in 2000 she won the 15th place in the individual competition of the women. Four years later at the 2004 Games in Athens, she won the gold medal. In this third year at the Olympics in Beijing in 2008 she reached the 20th place.

In addition, it was in the years 1999, 2003 and 2004 individual World Champion and 1998, 2002 and 2005 Vice World Champion. In World Team Championships, she won with the Hungarian team in 2002 a gold medal, a silver medal in 2005 as well as 1998, 2003, 2006 and 2007, a bronze medal. In the years 2000 and 2006, she also took first at the European Championships and in 2003 the second place in the individual competition. With the team they were in 2000 and 2003 European champion, 2005 and 2009, the Hungarian team won the bronze medal.

In their home country in 2005 she was "Sportswoman of the Year".
