Zu (Band)

Too is an Italian instrumental trio from Rome. The band, founded in 1999, is stylistically associated with the jazz -core, math-rock and noise rock. The band members are: Luca Soon ( baritone saxophone), Massimo Pupillo (bass) and Jacopo Battaglia (drums). The band brought on 10 February 2009 released their 15th album and has given over 1000 concerts worldwide since its inception.

To have worked with a number of artists, including Eugene Chadbourne (guitar at The At Side of the Chadbourne and Motorhellington ), Mats Gustafsson ( saxophone with How to Raise at Ox), Nobukazu Takemura ( in Identification with the Enemy - A Key to the Underworld ), Mike Patton ( voice and some live performances ) and Ken Vandermark (saxophone on Igneo ).
