Zully Moreno

Zully Moreno (actually Zulema Esther González Borbón, born October 17, 1920 in Villa Ballester, † December 25, 1999 in Buenos Aires ) was an Argentine actress.

Life

Zulema Esther González Borbón was born in 1920 in Villa Ballester in simple ratios. When she was 10 years old, her father died. In order to contribute to the livelihood of the family, she had to work as a seamstress, among others.

Later she worked as a model and received 1938 in Mujeres que trabajan a first minor role. In 1939, she appeared in Luis Bayon Herrera Music Film Cándida. Soon followed by first supporting roles in other films. The shooting of the film Orquesta de señoritas she met Luis César Amadori 1941 filmmakers know and went with him into a relationship. In 1942, she received her first lead role in the movie En el último piso. Moreno soon became the main female star of the Argentine film production company Argentina Sono film. She had her breakthrough in 1943 with the lead role in the drama Stella by Benito Perojo. In 1944, she stepped under the direction of Amadori in the romantic comedy Apasionadamente on the side of Pedro López Lagar on. After again in a movie Amadoris took over the lead role in Dos ángeles y un pecador 1945, reported the tabloid press about the relationship Morenos to Amadori, after which she appeared first in films by other directors. Great achievements came in 1946 in Francisco Mugicas Cristina and Mario Sofficis Celos and 1947 adiós in Lucas Demares Nunca te dire.

In April 1947, Moreno and Luis César Amadori married. 1948 Moreno stepped back under Amadoris Director in Dios se lo pague on who developed into an outstanding success for both. In the 1950s, Moreno turned three films in Mexico. After the fall of Juan Peron in 1955, Moreno and Amadori fled to Spain from exile. In 1957 she appeared under the direction of Antonio Román in the Spanish film Madrugada. In the early 1960s, she retired from acting.

In the 1970s, the couple moved back to Argentina and took over the management of the Teatro Maipo in Buenos Aires. After Amadoris death in 1977, Moreno moved largely withdraw from public life. Moreno, who suffers from Alzheimer's, died on December 25, 1999 at the age of 79 years in Buenos Aires.
