1961–62 Copa del Generalísimo

The Generalísimo Cup 1961/62 was the 59th edition of the Spanish Football Cup competition, which takes place today under the name Copa del Rey.

The competition was launched on November 12, 1961 and ended with the final on July 8, 1962 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid. Defender of the Cup competition was Atlético Madrid. The title was won by Real Madrid a 2-1 victory in the final against FC Sevilla.
