2009–10 Slovenian Hockey League season

The 2009/10 season the Slovenian Hockey League was held after the first edition of the international hockey Bewerbes the Slohokej League and was therefore discharged in a condensed form. Champion for the 8th time the HK Jesenice who could defend his title from last year.

Slovenian Hockey League

After the end of the 2009/10 season of the Austrian Hockey League, the two clubs there participating HK Jesenice and HDD Olimpija Ljubljana came to the participants, which consisted otherwise of the Slovenian clubs Slohokej league. Together with the top four teams of that league, the Slovenian champion was pitted. The six teams first played in two groups, the rankings of, then came the two group winners and runners-up for large or small final in the form of a best of five series. Master was the HK Jesenice.
