2009 AIHL season
The 2009 season was the ninth season of the Australian Ice Hockey League, the highest Australian Hockey League. Masters were for the first time in club history at all the Adelaide Adrenaline.

Mode
In the regular season, each of the seven teams completed a total of 24 games. The top four teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. For one victory after regulation time, each team received three points for a win after overtime two points for a defeat by Ovetime a point and one defeat after regular time zero points.
