2010–11 Swiss Super League

Axpo Super League 2010/11 was the 114th season of the highest Swiss football league for the men. It took place until May 25, 2011 July 17, 2010.

At the Axpo Super League participated ten teams, the teams met four times each other.

The championship was the defending champion FC Basel again decided for themselves the so qualified directly for the UEFA Champions League. New in the Super League played the direct team FC Thun, who took the place of the end of last season relegated after 29 years of FC Aarau. At the end of the season of FC St. Gallen, who had only risen two years earlier rose again. Also the ninth- placed AC Bellinzona dismounted, the Servette FC Genève the subject in the Barragespielen. Servette thus increased after the bankruptcy-related decline in 2004 and again in the top flight.

The Challenge League 2010/11 was also the 114th season of the second-highest Swiss football league for the men. It began on 23 July 2010.

At the Challenge League participated 16 teams, the teams met twice each other.

Neuaufsteiger in the Challenge League were the FC Chiasso and SR Delémont.
