2010 WTA Tour Championships

The WTA Championships 2010 (also known as Sony Ericsson Championships - Doha 2010 known ) are a hard court tennis tournament for women in Doha, Qatar and count toward the four Grand Slam tournaments to become the fifth major tennis tournament of the year. The tournament was held from October 31, 2010 from 26. The Tennis Championships WTA Tour in women's singles and double will be held at the Khalifa International Tennis Complex for the third and final time. From 2011 to 2013, the event at the Sinan Erdem Dome in Istanbul, Turkey takes place.

In the round-robin tournament phase (English Round Robin ), played four players in two groups each against all.
