2013 National Women's Soccer League season
The National Women 's Soccer League 2013 was the first season of the U.S. Women's Soccer League National Women's Soccer League. The regular season began on 13 April with the game FC Kansas City to Portland Thorns FC and ended on 18 August 2013. Adjoined by a play-off joined with the four best teams of the season, which in the two semi-finals and a final NWSL Championship playing off. First prize of the regular season was the franchise of the Western New York Flash, the championship game was the Portland Thorns FC decide for themselves.

After the end of the regular season gave the NWSL awards for the scorer, the most valuable player, as well as the best young player in each case, goalkeeper, defender and the best coaches. Entitled to vote in the election were journalists, club representatives and players of the NWSL. All individual awards went to players and the coach of FC Kansas City.
