Ansprand

Ansprand (also Asprand; * 660/661, † 712) was King of the Lombards in 712 years.

Life

After the king's death in 700 Cunincpert Ansprand was regent for his minor son and heir Liutpert. By contrast, rose eight months after the death Cunincperts Raginpert, the Duke of Turin, who was able to prevail against Ansprand at the Battle of Novara.
