Bacuag, Surigao del Norte

Bacuag (Filipino: Bayan ng Bacuag ) is a Philippine municipality in the province of Surigao del Norte, Administrative Region XIII, Caraga. It has 13 211 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in nine barangays. It is classified as a community of the fifth income class in the Philippines and as a partially urbanized.

Bacuag located on the coast of the Philippine Sea, about 46 km south-east of Surigao City and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway. Your neighboring municipalities are Placer in the northwest, Gigaquit the southeast, Tubod and Alegria to the west.
