Caderzone Terme

Caderzone Terme ( in the local dialect: Cadarciùn; German outdated: Bad squad fence) is a municipality with 678 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2010) in Rendena in Trentino ( Province of Trento ) in Italy, on the right bank of the River Sarca. The place is located about 30 km northwest of Trento in a hollow between the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello - Presanella. Neighboring municipalities are Pinzolo, Strembo Bocenago, Massimeno Spiazzo, Carisolo and Giustino.

Caderzone was founded at the beginning of the 14th century by the noble family Lodron.

Demographics

Today, living in Caderzone 678 inhabitants ( 31 December 2011). In the summer months, the population doubled by the often used by tourists holiday homes.

Partnership

The community maintains a partnership with the small Austrian town Weissbach bei Lofer in Salzburg and Sassofeltrio in the Marche.
