Caldes
Caldes ( Solander: Caudés or Cjaudes; outdated German varieties: Kalteis, Kalds, Gildeis or Gilds ) is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1102 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in Trentino in the Trentino -Alto Adige. The community is located about 35.5 kilometers north-northwest of Trent on the Noce and belongs to the Comunità della Valle di Sole.

Caldes maintains a partnership with the French community Candes -Saint -Martin in the Indre- et -Loire.
Traffic
Through the community, the Strada Statale 42 del Tonale e della Mendola leads from Treviglio to Bolzano. The train station is on the railway line from Trento to Marileva ( Non Valley Railway ).
