Ceriale

Ceriale ( in Ligurian: CEJA ) is a municipality with 5786 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Italian region of Liguria. The corresponding to the province of Savona community is located exactly halfway between the capital region of Genoa and the Italian-French border.

Geography

Ceriale situated on the Riviera di Ponente, on the slopes of Monte Croce (541 meters ). The municipality is located on the eastern edge of the plain of Albenga and, with its territory to the Comunità Montana Ingauna. From the provincial capital Savona, it is about 34 kilometers away.
