Città Cospicua (also: Bormla ) is a city in eastern Malta with 5569 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2010).

It is located between Vittoriosa ( Birgu ) and Senglea (L' Isla ) Cospicua which is the largest of the three cities which are collectively called Cottonera. Cospicua is located south of the capital Valletta.

Among the Cottonera cities Cospicua is the youngest. It originated in the 16th century as a suburb of Vittoriosa.

In Cospicua, there are large bastions that were built by the Knights of St. John.

The city was bombed several times during World War II because of their docks.

The local football club St. George's FC played to 2007 in the Maltese Premier League.
