Cullman County, Alabama

Cullman County is a county located in the state of Alabama in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Cullman. The county is one of the Dry counties, which means that the sale of alcohol is restricted or prohibited.

History

Cullman County was established on 24 January 1877. It was named after Johann G. Cullmann, a German -born immigrant who promoted the settlement in this area.
