Elections in the United States

The midterm elections in the United States found in every even year on Tuesday after 1 November. You can choose from all 435 seats in the House of Representatives and one-third of the 100 seats in the Senate. In each year divisible by four congressional elections will be held simultaneously with the election of President and Vice President. Congressional elections that do not take place simultaneously with the presidential election are referred to as mid - term elections, as they fall in the middle of the term of office of the President.
